One-off items
Please be aware that many of our items are one-off pieces that cannot be replicated. This is especially true with all of our patchwork products. Therefore you may not necessarily receive an exact replica of what is presented in the photo. You will however, receive a gorgeous item that will closely resemble the image you see – and it will be in the same colour scheme as the item you choose. If you have any worries or specific requests please contact us or make a note when placing your order.
Payment
Payment must be made prior to despatch via our Paypal payment system. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order. Simply click the 'Paypal' option during the order process and you will be directed to the Paypal page. On this page select the option on the left "Don't have a Paypal account" where you can contine to pay using Visa/Delta/Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Discover, or eCheck. Once the payment has been processed you will be redirected back to the Calon website. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THE WINDOW UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN REDIRECTED BACK TO CALON. This takes up to 10 seconds where a big blue tick will appear, meaning that your order has been fully processed.
We also accept payment by cheques. Please make cheques payable to Calon and post to the following address: Calon, Cwmllwydrew, Gwaelod-Y-Garth, Cardiff, CF15 9NA. Cheques have to be cleared before we can despatch your order; this may take up to 7 working days. Paypal and card payments are processed immediately. For international orders, we do not accept payment by cheque.
Delivery
Orders are usually despatched within 2 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. If there is likely to be a delay in delivery we will let you know at once. Whatever the case, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Delivery charges are based on weight and are calculated at the checkout stage. Charges are based on Royal Mail parcel post plus our packaging costs. We don't set out to profit from these charges, simply to cover our costs.
Refund & exchange
Calon offer a no quibble refund policy if items are returned to us as new within 7 working days of you receiving them. Please post items to Calon, Cwmllwydrew, Gwaelod-Y-Garth, Cardiff, CF15 9NA and include a copy of your order information. We are also happy to exchange items if they are unused and as new. Please get in touch with us at catrin@caloncompany.co.uk or call 07791270293. Faulty goods can be exchanged or refunded where possible if you notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order. If goods are damaged during the delivery process, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for any damages.

The collection of data via our website is governed by the rules of the Data Protection Act. Our mailing list is for the exclusive use of Calon and we will not pass on any information to third parties. If you request to join our mailing list we will keep you up to date on new products and upcoming events periodically. If you wish to be removed from the list, you are free to do so at any time by emailing us. Your email address will not be passed on to any other organisation.
